Seminar: Innovative Glass: From Science to Sustainability

The Finnish Glass Museum organizes glass themed professional seminar on Wednesday June 4. The seminar will explore current glass related topics in the fields of art, science and innovations. The seminar programme will offer interesting viewpoints to the glass art, designer/glassblower collaboration, glass architecture, deploying science into making glass art and collecting glass as a private collector. The seminar will end with a panel discussion, which will concentrate on future, innovations and sustainability of glass. Panelists are professionals working with glass in different fields.
The seminar is targeted for professional audience and everyone interested in glass.
The seminar will be held in English.

Seminar guests can enjoy lunch and coffee at their own expense at the restaurant Fasetti, which is connected to the museum. Changes in the program are possible.
